The three night B&B plus dinner on two nights offer is now available every night throughout the season.

Costing £395.00 in a standard room, £440.00 in a superior room and £470 in a suite.

Prices are per room per night based on two sharing, valid until March 31st 2022

Booking Policies

Single Room Rates

Rates for a single occupancy are priced with a £20.00 discount per night.

SR Standard Room

We have a special rate rooms which are standard en-suite rooms that are allocated on arrival.

Priced at £100.00 per night based on two people sharing and £95.00 per night 3 nights and over.

Guests wanting to bring pets are charged at our standard room rate in an outside room.

Extra Person Rates

Some of our rooms can accommodate an extra person on a pull-out sofa bed or day bed charged at £30.00 per night.


Children under 9 years of age cannot be accommodated in the guest house, but are welcome in the self-catering apartments.


Pets are not allowed in the main house, however we do accept pets in our outside rooms and self-catering apartments.

Please note that the SR standard room rate does not apply to guests bringing a pet.

Booking Terms for B&B

A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required to secure a booking. Please make cheques payable to Yewfield. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

A minimum stay of two nights applies at weekends, unless a spare room is available.

Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM. Check-out is before 11:00 AM.

Prices valid until March 2022

VAT at the current rate is included.

About Our Rooms

We have twelve rooms in the main house plus several dog-friendly rooms situated over at Rose How and the Apartments next door.

Our rooms are all furnished to the same high standard. However, our superior rooms are in most cases larger than standard rooms, and have better views overlooking the grounds and fells beyond. The suites are all individual rooms, Vale View has lovely views overlooking the Esthwaite Valley,

Cancellation Policy B&B

A non-returnable deposit of £50.00 B&B is required to secure all bookings. In the event of cancellation within 7 days of your arrival date, the full cost of the first nights stay will be charged. We respectfully ask that guests have appropriate travel insurance, as no exceptions will be made in the event of cancellation or curtailment of a booking.

Cancellation Policy Self-catering

A non refundable deposit of £100.00 is required for self- catering apartments. In the event of cancellation within 4 weeks of arrival, half the full amount is payable

Please do make sure you have insurance to cover this charge as re-letting apartments at last minute is quite often not possible

Self Catering Booking

Our self-catering apartments are now available from a minimum 3 nights stay all year around

Prices are from £330 for 3 nights for a one or two bedroom apartment A £100 deposit is required to book an apartment.
